Serve
I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me.
– Matthew 25:35
Pinnacle engages in Mission because it is at the heart and soul of who we are as God's people. Our time, talent and treasure are needed in today’s world. Everyone is invited to join us. We find Christ in the soup kitchen line, worshiping with our friends in Haiti, or sitting with a family who has lost their home from a natural disaster. More often than not we ourselves are ministered by those we seek to serve.
Pinnacle Promise is composed of two congregation-wide initiatives intended to find local and global ways for individuals to share in life and ministry with those in need. Those two congregation-wide initiatives are the International and Homelessness. Within the International arm are two mission initiatives: Haiti and Israel/Palestine Initiative. The Homelessness arm contains such mission initiatives as UMOM and Andre House to name a few. Each are funded by giving outside of the normal mission budget of the church.
