Every month candles in various scents are available for purchase in the preschool office.  This month we offering Apple, Yuzu/Ruby Red, White Citrus and Orange Citrus.  All proceeds go directly to the preschool.  Not only are these nice candles for yourself, but they also make a great gift for friends, families or teachers.  Stop by the office to pick yours up today!

Our annual Open House & Family Fun Night on Thursday, October 24th from 5:30pm-7:30pm.  During the event, the classrooms will be open, you can buy a  pumpkin from the patch, enjoy music from the singing cowboy and his horse on the playground, or have some dessert in the Atelier.  In addition, there will be a Silent Auction with great items for bidding on during the Open House. This event is our biggest fundraiser of the year and all money raised goes directly back to the preschool which helps with our scholarship program, continuing education for staff and playground improvements.  We need your help to make this a success by bidding on the many great items available!  One way you may choose to participate is by helping collect items for the Silent Auction.  Another is by making a monetary donation or buying an item to donate for the auction or donate your time to assist with the preparation of the event.  Last but not least, attend with your entire family-grandparents, aunts, uncles and bid, bid, bid!  We ask you bring any donations to the preschool office by October 21st to be included in the preview book.  Thanks in advance for your support!  

Join certified Conscious Discipline Instructor, Diana Brown as she leads parents through the 10 Principles of Positive Discipline.  The 5 week workshop which also includes the book for reference, will be held on Monday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30pm, beginning on October 28th.  The teachers of PPP have been implementing this approach for the past four years and continue to receive training about this program. Conscious Discipline is a comprehensive social-emotional learning program based on the brain. This model becomes a frame for us to understand the internal brain-body states that are most likely to produce certain behaviors in children and in ourselves.
