Art Contests | Apr. 23 Scottsdale | Apr. 25 Mesa
Book Fairs | Apr. 28 – May 1 Mesa | May 5 – 8 Scottsdale
Mission partner Noah Webster Schools are holding their annual Art Contests and Book Fairs this Spring. Volunteers are needed to pass out supplies and encourage creativity during the Art Contests and to assist students in developing wish lists, counting their money and providing general student assistance during the Book Fairs. For more info or to volunteer contact Karen Seduski at nws@pinnaclepres.org.
The Noah Webster Schools are public, non-profit, tuition-free, charter schools operating under Title 1 with two campuses, one in Scottsdale and one in Mesa. The schools are 501(c)(3) qualified and serve Pre-K through 6th-grade students with a technology-based, hands-on, challenging curriculum. Each campus is currently assessed by Arizona as operating “Above Standards.” Along with academic subject-matter curriculum, the schools provide character education and anti-bullying lessons. Pinnacle supports these schools with volunteers helping throughout the year and through donations during the Education Tax Credit Campaign each fall. Watch the video below to learn more about how you can enrich the lives of the children who attend Noah Webster Schools.
