Encountering the faith of Christians of different cultures teaches about our own embrace of faith and how our culture has shaped the way we see Jesus and his Church.

Week 1: Christianity in Spanish-Speaking Lands
Spanish Christianity was forged in the crucible of a 700-year conflict with Islam and Judaism. As the Spanish came as conquistadores to the New World, they brought a distinctive form of Christianity that molded itself in unique ways with the myriad cultures it encountered.
