The Reckless Love of God 

“For God so loved the world…” These words from John 3.16 have found their way onto placards in NFL end zones, billboards of churches seeking followers, and a thousand other places. They’ve become so common-place that we can miss their world-shaking truth. Familiarity hasn’t bred contempt, but it has brought an utterly astonishing truth: the great power over all the universe is FOR us, its inhabitants.  In this session, we will scale and profile the divine disposition toward us, which our Bible dares to call love.
