As our world timidly emerges from Covid, families with school-age children are confronted with concerns about mental health. Experiences once shared no longer seem to be a source of joy. Daily routines have been interrupted, leaving our loved ones unable to cope with regular tasks. Your community is here for you. At the I’m Handling Mind Mental Health Fair, come learn from experienced counseling professionals as they discuss emotional awareness, healthy communication, seeking emotional help, psycho-education, and other concerns raised during this Covid-era. Our breakout sessions will address adults, 9th – 12th graders, 5th – 8th graders, and 1st – 4th graders – childcare available for kindergarten and younger. Resources and opportunities to ask questions will be offered during the fair.
